Aaron Potter first took an interest in gardening while weeding in his grandparents’ vegetable patch as a child. His focus would later switch to California native plants after hiking numerous trails around Orange County and beyond. This led him to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Forestry and Natural Resource Management from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. After graduating he took a position as a cashier here at Roger’s Gardens, and soon grew into a staff horticulturist. Aaron is currently the assistant buyer for Roger’s Gardens’ nursery and landscape divisions.
