Roger’s Gardens located in Corona del Mar, CA is currently seeking a well qualified floral designer to work in “Roger’s Floral Studio”. This key position will responsible for all aspects of daily, weekly and monthly floral operations, maintenance & care.

Floral Designer:
Candidates should have 5+ years of professional floral design experience in a retail floral shop or comparable environment. Candidates design experiences should include working with fresh cut flowers, permanent silk flowers and live plant designs. Excellent customer service, communication and sales skills are also required. You should be well versed in both plant and flower care.
Responsibilities include flower processing and care as well as design and production coordination. You will design, produce and install multiple projects within the scope of this position. Special Events and Corporate sales and design support will also be necessary. Portfolio and pictures of your work is required during our interview process.
