Lisa Kelechava’s background in television broadcast marketing and journalism make her a natural for her current position as President and founder of Joy To The World Collectibles. The company designs and distributes European glass holiday ornaments to more than 1,000 retail outlets throughout the US, Canada, Bermuda, and Puerto Rico. Lisa founded JTW on the premise of giving back to community, and the idea that there can be a balance between the corporate and nonprofit worlds. Lisa and JTW work with more than 30 different charitable organizations and licensing agencies. The Pet Set is JTW’s fastest growing line with more than 50 styles to choose from, offering the most popular dog breeds with incredible lifelike detail. This entire collection benefits a very worthy cause, The Morris Animal Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the health and well being of animals.

A native of Allentown, PA, Lisa began her career in television while still in high school at a local television station, WFMZ-TV. As a freshman in college she began producing for a television news magazine program, and continued producing until she graduated with a bachelor-of-arts degree in journalism and public relations from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. After graduation she joined an NBC affiliate in Virginia as promotion writer/producer, and later became Promotion Manager where she was involved in all facets of television marketing.
Lisa left television to take a job as Project Manager with Full House Resorts, Inc, a casino/ entertainment development corporation
in Detroit, Michigan, where she served as the primary negotiator between four Michigan Native American

Tribes while working as a consultant to various gaming and non-gaming development projects. Lisa left Full House Resorts to start Joy To The World Collectibles.
Lisa resides in Knoxville, Tennessee with her husband, Richard Torbett, and her Maltese, Bentley, who was the inspiration for The Pet Set. She is an avid collector of blown glass Christmas ornaments, model cars, and art, primarily from local artists, from her many travels around the country and Europe. Lisa is a Trustee of Morris Animal Foundation.
