Join Visual Creative, Aimee Goodwin, and Horticulturist, Kathleen Nestell, as they guide you with step-by-step instructions on how to make your own Kokedamas. Kokedama translates to “moss ball” and is a form of Japanese garden art. Their root systems are wrapped in moss and bound with string, turning them into a sculpture for display. They make a great personalized gift or an interesting way to show off your favorite specimen. Workshop fee is $100 per person and includes materials to make three kokedamas: two 4” indoor plants, 1 bromeliad, moss, string, soil and step-by-step instructions. Space is limited. Unfortunately, due to material costs, cancellations after August 18th cannot be refunded.This workshop is sold out.
