Ingredients:
1 lb extra-firm tofu, drained and pressed 1/4 cup soy sauce 1/4 cup rice vinegar 1 tablespoon sesame oil 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup 1/2 cup white sesame seeds 1/2 cup black sesame seeds 2 tablespoons vegetable oil for frying
Instructions:
1. Cut the tofu into 1/2-inch thick slices.
2. In a shallow dish, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and honey or maple syrup to create the marinade.
3. Marinate the tofu slices in the mixture for at least 30 minutes, turning them occasionally to ensure even coverage.
